I know from personal experience that navigating your journey through the peri menopause and further into the post menopause can be both a challenging and confusing journey. There is a mountain of advice that can both help and also cause more confusion. It’s difficult to know who to turn to and what advice to follow.

 During the perimenopause hormonal changes can cause disruption to how you feel physically and emotionally throughout the day and you can feel differently on different days. Even if you are still having your monthly cycle the levels of hormones can vary greatly from day to day and even within a day. This is often accompanied by various symptoms that can be both physical, such as achy joints, hot sweats and physiological such as mood swings and emotional outbursts.

Each woman is different and so will have a unique experience going through this journey. I have put together a health coaching program that will focus on you as an individual. We will discuss your symptoms and my program will be focussed to work on your priorities. Subjects that will be covered include sleep, nutrition, exercise, selfcare, routines, medication, HRT and relationships. This will be a confidential time set aside for you to concentrate on yourself, identify what you would like to change and set yourself challenges to improve your lifestyle, motivation and self-confidence. All my advice will be based on evidence.  You will come up with your own plan to help you navigate this journey.
